KENDURI KAK TI

Lepas balik vacation di LOST WORLD OF TAMBUN and Taiping, mai n parents ke Cheras, rumah big bro because nak attend kenduri kahwin Kak Ti di Taman Harmonis, Gombak. Semalam dan ari ni je mai ada 3 undangan. My housemate, Mek Za and ex officemate, Huda pun jemput ke kenduri mereka. Tapi tak dpt gi. Maaf ye.

Kak Ti ni adik my bro in law. She is a second child from four children of Uncle Yassin and Auntie Zaharah. Me, parents and big bro satu family sampai dulu but ateh n poey sampai lewat sket coz pergi kenduri di Balakong dulu. Ramai jemputan yang hadir. Masa masuk je, terus jumpa Auntie Zaharah n Uncle Yassin. Then, kena terkam dengan Kak Ziah ngan Bro Yazuran. We all lepas tu apa lagi….terus belasah makan. My big bro suka benar dengan rojak dish. Licin dibuatnya.

Tengah sedap makan, tetiba nampak satu muka yg memang mai familiar sgt. Adik lelaki Yong Halimah, Angah n her father pun dtg kenduri tu. Mai nak tegur but segan la coz both of them duduk kat meja bos2 TLDM. My big bro pun tak sangka boleh jumpa sepupu father in law dia satu family. Hahaha..keciknya dunia.

Lepas kenyang, sempat masuk ke rumah n jumpa pengantin baru kita…Berseri Kak Ti aritu. Sempat jumpa her husband. Tinggi orangnya. Ni ada pics yg mai dapat dari fotopages auntie kepada Kak Ti. Pinjam yer…hehe because my big bro tertinggal kamera.

PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN AT WORLD'S END

I've woke up early on Saturday morning just to meet my dear friend, kyong. This time, we went to Midvalley as we wanted to catch up the midday show of pirates of the carribean 3. It's such a surprised for me as she still remember my birthday and wanted to celebrate it with me... Thanks kyong. It seems like we will celebrate it 3 days earlier for this year.

Kyong..thanks again for the "ole-ole" u've bought from India n Sarawak... Luv the cake!

FA CUP 2007 VS AKADEMI FANTASIA

Petang Sabtu, mai ke umah kak idah bantu untuk prepare ingredients kenduri doa selamat esok hari. There, i've met en.norfin and auntie hanim (dad n mom in law of my sis). Lama dah tak jumpa mereka. Nampaknya auntie hanim makin sihat n ceria. Lama dah auntie tak keluar kemana-mana semenjak jatuh sakit.

Sepanjang ptg tu, mai lepak kat luar umah ngan anak2 buah potong n kupas apa yg patut. Maghrib, ateh sampai. Bestnye...semua serbu YOT the comel boy! Sekali sekala berkumpul ramai, syok gak. Tepat kul 8.30pm, ateh, kak idah n her children dah melekat depan TV tgk akademi fantasia.. Mai, Afiq n Poey pulak tunggu FA Cup Final. Hehe... Malam tu, tv remote asik tukar tangan. Masing2 tak sabar tunggu commercial break.

Poey n mai bz sms with friends tanya latest infos. Mai sokong Chelsea, Poey+Afiq sokong MU... poey n afiq frust sgt MU kalah. Tak sangka plak Chelsea leh gol masa extra time (by Drogba). Malam tu jugak Mila menang AF. Kali ni my, niece nana plak yg frust coz dia sokong ebi. Nampaknya Mila is the first female yg menang title juara AF sepanjang 5 season. CONGRATULATION!

CCC NOT CFO

The Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) has replaced the Certificate of Fitness (CFO) for Occupation to smoothen the delivery process of building.

Under the new act, the architect or engineer of a project who submits building plan is defined as the “principal submitting person” who will have to issue the CCC before occupants can take ownership of their homes.

Previously, the power to check the technical aspects of a project and issue the CFO was with the local authorities. (They will continue issuing CFOs for projects where building plans were approved before the CCC date of enforcement.)

The Housing and Local Government Ministry is mindful of the many problems posed by the old system such as a delay in certification by technical agencies, additional conditions imposed by the council at the time of CFO application and lack of technical officers in the council to process the CFO.

CCC – a new system
The new system has the following characteristics:

• It is an extension of the existing CCC system for singly-built buildings to buildings in other categories.
• The CCC is issued by the Principal Submitting Person (PSP), who is a professional architect, professional engineer or a registered building draughtsman who submits building plans.
• Planning permission and building plans should be approved by PBT beforehand
• PBT is authorised to inspect the site at any time and to issue a notice if there is a breach or divergence from the approved building plan
• PBT can issue a notice in writing to a PSP to withhold a CCC issuance if the breach or divergence is not rectified
• PBT is allowed to execute rectifications considered necessary if the PSP fails to do so
• A responsibility process matrix is introduced. Each construction component needs to be verified by professionals and contractors or trade contractors. 21 Form G will be inserted as a new schedule under UBBL 1984 (amendment) 2007
  
  The CCC will only be issued by the PSP after all parties are satisfied with the supervision of the construction and that the building has been completed according to the provisions of the laws and terms in the building plan approval.

BISCOTTI

Dunno what to do on Thursday evening.. Then, i went to surf the net trying to search for recipes. Hmm...recipes with prepared ingredients so i don't need to go out and buy things... YUP! BISCOTTI! Thats for sure and I've made some changes where i added some dried currants and roasted almond. Nice...sweet n crunchy.

I have to save some of the biscotti for my ex-housemates as i have made my promise with Cikin to go there this weekend. You know what?..... they love it!

NEW BABIES

KAVO.EXE

My desktop at home were infected by kavo. Darn stupid virus. Always pop up during i've turn on the pc. Have to send it here in my office n update the avast and kill it. I don't know yet what it will do to my things but i hope i'll manage to clean it before anything happens. So many things need to be updated: my adobe, macromedia etc.

PALACE OF GOLDEN HORSES

1 week stayed at PGH. HUH?!!! Satu minggu??? yahoooo!!!Dok sana bukan cuti2 Mesia, but pasal kerja. Retreat start dari pukul 8am until 11pm berlanjutan selama 5 hari. Rehat cuma utk solat n makan sahaja. Nasib baik 2 ari lagi tu setengah ari je keje.. Kat sana rasa "PENAT + LETIH + NGANTUK + STRESS"... melayan kerenah mereka2 di meeting room. Kena quarantine dengan data, paperwork, portfolio, etc. BERASAP kepala!

Mai nak crite pasal PGH. WOW!! Kena layan macam puteri selama seminggu. Makanan dia best2.. 1st class! I Like it...I Luv it!! Sushi is my fav...tiap kali lepas makan mesti tak tinggal sushi merangkap snek...slurp!!!

Superb n fascinating architecture...interior design semua berasaskan kuda. Tiap pagi liat nak bangun. Mai siap bwk mai punye hamsters skali...best la my pets lepak kat bilik. Mai berani bwk pets ke PGH coz anak Dr. yati pun bwk pet dia (tortoise) juga.

Ari jumaat tu, mai ajak anak2 buah lepak semalam dengan mai. Seronok bukan main sikecik2 tu. Si Fariz sampai mimpi2. 3 kali pulak tu dia mimpi siap panggil abah dia...Hahaha...mana la ada abah dia kat sini. Last2 mai bangun tido sebelah dia, baru dia lena. Maybe over excited kot.
