DADIH

Ni mai dpt from da xpert....dah salin kena buat tau...

1. Prepare susu masam as a starter

2. Prepare susu lembu/ susu kambing/ susu kotak (mai suggestkan guna fresh milk)

Panaskan susu hingga medium panas……until the milk reach 45 degrees….add 2 tsp of sour milk then cover it with clean cloth for fermentation process….. then, leave it for 8 hours
